Deer Creek Excavating did a fantastic job on our property. Marcos was thorough with communication and making sure our vision came to light through his work, from start to finish. He even went out of his way to move some landscaping rocks for a feature wall. We are beyond happy with our new yard, and plan to use Deer Creek for future projects.

Deer Creek did a great job installing our new septic system. Plans and county/state restrictions can be complicated but Marcos flew right through the install and final inspection. No issues with the install. Would recommend Deer Creek every time. Marcos is friendly, a great communicator and does what he says he’ll do. Great Job!!!

We hired Deer Creek twice from 2019-2022, once to cut the pad for our new home build. Marcos Arroyo was the excavator operator the second time. Both jobs were extremely well done and fairly priced. The work looked easy for them despite the extremely rocky terrain and high elevation of the property. Marcos did an excellent job backfilling the house build. This week, we hired Arroyo Excavating to dig, lay pipe and work with the county health dept to connect our septic tank. The work that was provided was on time, perfectly handled by Samantha Arroyo, and expertly accomplished, backfilled and graded to our exact wishes without us even having to express them by Marcos Arroyo. We could not be happier with their help and service. Their family history and contributions to the community are indisputable. 5-stars!

I can’t say enough good things about Deer Creek Excavating. After months of running in circles trying to get septic approval for my property in Seeley Lake — even though it already had an approved COSA — I was getting nowhere. Every sanitarian I spoke with wanted to charge thousands and kept adding unnecessary extras just to drag things out. Then I found Samantha at Deer Creek Excavating, and everything changed. She was honest, incredibly responsive, and genuinely cared about helping us get through the process. She handled all the filings, coordinated the excavation work for the pit test, and kept me updated every step of the way. It took about 2.5 months of constant hoops, but she never gave up. In the end, she got our septic permit approved for a fraction of what we expected to spend. If Samantha can’t get it done, no one can. I’ll recommend Deer Creek to anyone in Seeley Lake needing septic help or excavation work — they’re the real deal.

My wife and I are new to Seeley Lake, Montana as of the new year and one of our first moves was hunting for a snow removal service for the winter and Deer Creek Excavating was, rightfully, the first name on a short list referrals we received from our realtor. Out of the gate this outfit met and exceeded my expectations with regard to responsiveness, communication and dependability.

He came not once but twice to fix 2 different issues that we discovered with our septic system at different times. He is fast, efficient, and affordable. He is also friendly and a great all around guy. He came recently and leveled 1800 square feet around our house and got it ready for concrete. Again fast
